Milano Chow meticulously hand draws imagined facades often of neoclassical buildings, using architectural drawing, real estate listings, and catalogues as source material. Once figures are placed within these, she renders these spaces as set pieces—backdrops for theater.
Chow has work in the Whitney collection and was included in the 2019 Whitney Biennial.
